"Colon toxicity is the common denominator of all disease," said Hippocrates, The Father of Modern Medicine. Here's why the ancient doctor was correct.
One major purpose of the colon is to extract residue coming down from the small intestine, taking any remaining nutritional factors and reabsorbing them through the lining of the colon back into the blood stream.
Another major purpose of the colon is to eliminate waste. However, due to the stress of modern living, pollution, poor diet, dehydration, and lack of exercise, your body--including your colon--does not operate correctly.
When your colon works correctly, the transit of food through your body would be less than 24 hours. In some people, this "stool transit time" is 60 to 70 hours, sometimes longer.
When functioning correctly, your body should enjoy incredible energy, sound sleep and ease of awakening. Your memory should be good, and your mind vigorous and precise.
When the colon does not operate correctly, due to stress factors, poor diet, and/or dehydration, full and complete elimination of waste becomes impaired.
This leads to impacted feces and the creation of a putrefied, fermented, encrusted colon lining, which creates toxemia, as we reabsorb BOTH nutrients and vile toxins from the encrustation of the colon lining.

removed from colon cancer victimIf your weight is normal, you may be carrying around 10 to 20 pounds of dead, dried up, and decaying fecal matter in your colon, which serves no useful purpose. And overweight people often carry around more than 20 pounds of this needless, sickening material.
In a sluggish colon, toxins accumulate due to bacterial fermentation and putrefaction of proteins and carbohydrates. These toxins are treated by the liver and excreted by the kidneys, although some do get absorbed into a person's body.
Additionally, hydrogen and methane gases are produced, and these are excreted through the lungs, creating embarrassing halitosis.
Problems like these can be rectified by Colon Hydrotherapy, a medical procedure. By medical standards, this is considered relatively safe when performed by colon hydrotherapist, who is physician trained and supervised in a clinical setting.
At NeoGENESIS, colon therapy is normally performed by a qualified physician or a technician trained by and supervised by a physician. The patient's safety and well being are our primary concerns.
During Colon Hydrotherapy, you lie down on a special table, and a trained Colon Therapist inserts a small, hollow speculum about two to three inches into the rectum.
The therapist then turns on the colonic machine, and a flow of warm, clean, filtered water flows gently into the colon. The flow is stopped, and the therapist massages the colon. The colon is emptied through the machine.
The procedure is repeated several times per treatment session until the colon is clean. The procedure is not painful or uncomfortable.
If you have fecal buildup in your colon, whether you are chronically constipated or partially eliminate daily, you will find Colonic Hydrotherapy useful to combat fatigue, toxemia, diarrhea, hemorrhoids, skin disorders, sluggish colon, intestinal parasites (more of a problem than you might think), acute fecal impaction, bloating or flatulence, bad breath or body odor.
There is an old saying in medicine that "death begins in the colon." Whether this can be proven or not, certainly the long term retention of fecal matter in your body--and the toxins from parasites, fermentation, and purtefaction--cannot be healthy.
Many NeoGENESIS patients have benefited from Colonic Hydrotherapy. Ask one of our physicians if it is appropriate in your case.
The protocol for Colonic Hydrotherapy typically involves doing a series of 8 to 12 colonics.
